Contacted three times regarding my order and payment. All they do is reply saying it takes 28 days even though they take your money straight away. This is the only correspondence I’ve had with them. They have now told me they will now give me a refund. As goods not received.

Purchased a base for my sons playhouse. Was so easy to put together. Will be ordering another for when I get my new shed.

Ordered a shed, I received an e-mail confirming the order and that my delivery had been dispatched so I was expecting it to be delivered with-in a few days or a couple of weeks. Only later to read the small print that it could take up to 30 working days. Called the company after 3 and a half weeks to be told I would need to wait for another 2 weeks. No apology or let me call the manufacturer and see how much longer it will take. They used Covid as an excuse. Fed up of waiting and no apology, requested refund still waiting 2 weeks later for the refund to hit my account. The service has been disappointing expected better customer service.

What an outstanding company! They helped me to pick which product is best for my driveway and even though I was working to tight times and budget, they managed to make it work for me.
I've laid the grids and they are one of the best things I've worked with. Easy to fit. Customer service were very human and didn't give the same kind of robotic rubbish you get from other places.
Would definitely order from them again

dishonest and not trustworthy!!!! Ordered something and it came late. As it was no longer required I was forced to pay the return fee so was never given a full refund. Sarcastic messages from returns department which really didn’t care about providing a professional service.
I’d avoid!!!
